UCA Lingerie is closing its online store. As of October 1, 2026, we are no longer accepting new orders. Thank you to everyone who shopped with us.

Already placed an order? It will ship as usual, and you'll receive tracking by email.

Returns and refunds: We'll accept returns until October 31, 2026. Because we're closing, we can offer refunds only, not exchanges. To start a return, email contact@ucalingerie.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Gift cards: If you have a UCA gift card balance, email us and we'll refund it.

Your account: You can still log in to view your order history until the store fully closes.
