Delivery Policy    

We support shipments to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Rest of World.

We operate our warehouses in Charlotte, NC, within the United States, so it is faster than international shipping.

All deliveries are pending credit card approval, merchandise availability, traffic and weather conditions. Once you place an order, you have up to ONE hour to cancel or change it. You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped out and once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 

 Missing Packages

Be sure to check around your house and mailbox, or ask your neighbors if they received it for you. There's also a chance it was marked ‘Delivered’ before it was dropped off. If your package still hasn’t turned up 7 days after you received a delivery confirmation email, please contact customer service at 1(980) 580-9855 or start a Live Chat.


Sales tax:

We collect Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling charges, where applicable, and pay it to the state to which we've shipped your merchandise. It's a State Tax regulation. City & Local taxes may also apply.

Taxes are paid at the time of checkout for Canadian orders. Duties are paid by us!

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using Master Card or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order is shipped. If the order is cancelled for any reason, it depends on the issuer of the card for the time it takes for the hold to release.
