Delivery Policy
We support shipments to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Rest of World.
All deliveries are pending credit card approval, merchandise availability, traffic and weather conditions. Once you place an order, you have up to ONE hour to cancel or change it. You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped out and once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Missing Packages
Be sure to check around your house and mailbox, or ask your neighbors if they received it for you. There's also a chance it was marked ‘Delivered’ before it was dropped off. If your package still hasn’t turned up 7 days after you received a delivery confirmation email, please contact customer service at 1(980) 580-9855 or start a Live Chat.
Sales tax:
We collect Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling charges, where applicable, and pay it to the state to which we've shipped your merchandise. It's a State Tax regulation. City & Local taxes may also apply.
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using Master Card or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order is shipped. If the order is cancelled for any reason, it depends on the issuer of the card for the time it takes for the hold to release.

- 30-Day Return Window: You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
- Label Integrity: For hygiene and inspection purposes, we cannot accept items where clothing labels or hang tags have been cut or removed. Items not in a new or unworn condition will be rejected during our sanitary inspection process.
- Trying On Lingerie: We advise removing all jewelry before trying on lingerie. Our lingerie is crafted from fine, delicate fabrics that are prone to snagging and tearing.
- Avoid Contamination: Be cautious of perfume, smoke, and deodorant coming into contact with garments. Items damaged by these substances may not be eligible for return.
- Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must have all original UCA labels, hang tags, and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items & Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
- Responsibility for Returns: Please note that UCA LINGERIE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Ensure that your items are securely packaged.
Request your exchange and process it on the spot!
- United States:
Should you find your purchase less than satisfactory, or if you require a different size or style, you may exchange your items for a nominal fee of $6.99. Exchanged orders must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days.
- Rest of World:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
We apologize but right now, we are unable to process exchanges for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Rest of World. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and then place a new order for your desired product. For further assistance please reach out to contact@ucalingerie.com.
*Final sale items may be exchanged for the same style, different size while stock lasts.
Returns are easy and convenient!
To initiate a return, please provide your order number or the email/phone number linked to the original purchase. Complete your return form available under My Orders & Returns.
Contact Us: To start a return, reach out to us via our online Live Chat or email us at contact@ucalingerie.com. Please specify the items you wish to return, contact our customer service to obtain the return address.
United States:
Free tracking is included for all addresses within the U.S.
We will generate and send a return shipping label to your email, which you can use to mail back the items.
Rest of World:
Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us via a postal service.
Repack items in their original packaging and seal the box securely with tape. Please print your pre-paid Return Label and affix to your original package. You must cover or remove any original shipping information. If not, your package might be lost or rejected by the warehouse.
Schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays. Allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.
Note: Again, UCALingerie does not offer any tracking services on labels for exchanges or returns from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Rest of World, and is not responsible for lost packages.
Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns.
*All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.
*If a return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or may require additional payment.
- United States: Please note that a return shipping fee may apply based on the condition of the returned items. If the return is initiated due to incorrect size, color, or style selection, a return charge of $6.99 USD will be incurred. This fee, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
As with our United States policy, we maintain a considerate approach to restocking fees.
- Canada returns - a return charge of $16 CAD may be charged.
- Australia returns - a return charge of $18 AUD may be incurred.
- New Zealand returns - a return charge of $19 NZD may be incurred.
- Singapore returns - a return charge of $22 SGD may be incurred.
- Saudi Arabia returns - a return charge of 69 SAR may be incurred.
- UAE returns - a return charge of 69 AED may be incurred.
- Rest of World returns - a return charge of $17 USD may be incurred.
Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 5-10 days after we receive your returned package, provided the items meet our return criteria.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Notification: You will receive an email from us once we begin processing your refund. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during this time.
