If you decide to return any items from your Try Before You Buy (TBYB) order, you can do so easily by going online and letting us know what you'd like to return. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and you can ship back the items for free.
Please note that you have 30 days from the date you receive the items to initiate a return and ship back the products. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund for you.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Go online to our website and log in to your account
2. Locate the order in question and select the items you wish to return
3. Confirm the return request and print out the prepaid return label
4. Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
5. Stick the prepaid return label on the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier.
6. Once we receive the package and process the return, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.
