1. HOW CAN I CONTACT UCA LINGERIE REGARDING ORDERS, PRODUCTS, ETC.?
For any questions or concerns regarding your orders or products, feel free to contact us via email at contact@ucalingerie.com. We do, however, suggest you look for the answers on our website before contacting us.
2. DO YOU OFFER PLUS SIZE?
We are still in the planning phase for the plus size range. At the moment, we only offer up to a D cup for some styles. Please refer to the specific available sizes mentioned against each item for further details.
3. WHAT SIZE AM I?
We understand you may be unsure about your fit and size when shopping online. This is why we have tried our best to create helpful fit guides along with instructions on how to measure yourself. Please check out our Find Your Bra Fit section for your best fitting.
4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can expect to receive it within 4-7 days. Due to logistic difficulties surrounding COVID-19, a few deliveries may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
5. MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?
Once your order has left our warehouse and you have any issues with it, please contact the delivery carrier first to try and track your package. In the meantime, we also recommend you start a mail search on the carrier’s website. USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
6. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We do not offer exchanges; however, you can return the merchandise you don’t like back to us and place a new order online for the item(s) you like.
7. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
Before the item is shipped, you can check your My Account section and cancel the order in Order Status. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
We operate our warehouses in Charlotte, NC, within the United States, so it is faster than international shipping.
9. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

10. HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request. We will send you an email notification when we start processing your refund. Unfortunately, due to the current scenario, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
11. WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR A TBYB ORDER?
To place a Try Before You Buy (TBYB) order, you are required to provide payment information. This is because you have 7 days after placing the order to try on the items and decide whether to keep them. You will only be charged if you decide to keep the items, either by completing your purchase during the 7-day try-on period or at the end of the period if you take no further action.
12. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY TBYB ORDER?
You will not be charged until you complete your purchase on our website during the 7-day try-on period. If you do not complete the checkout process online in "Your Orders," we'll automatically charge you for all the items in your order at the end of the 7-day trial period. Don't worry, we'll send you reminders throughout the trial period to keep you informed.
