Return + Exchange Policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, just return it for a refund.

1. You may return all products within 30 days (from the date you receive the items) for a refund.
2. We only accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original UCA labels, hang tags and the original packaging.
3. UCA LINGERIE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Please write us by email or Live Chat if you need to return, and we will send you a return shipping label based on the actual situation you described. In the case you have wrongly chosen the size/color/style, a restocking fee will be charged up to $6.00 or CAD $15 and it will be deducted from the refund issued to your account.

Important Notice

· For health and safety reasons, we do not accept items that have been cut or removed from clothing labels and hang tags. Thus items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
· Remove jewelry before trying on lingerie. Our lingerie is made from fine and delicate fabrics, which can snag and tear easily.
· Prevent perfume, smoke, and deodorant from damaging garments. Damaged items may not be accepted for the return.
· Damaged/washed/dyed/modified items cannot be returned.

Returns + Exchanges By Mail

We cannot accept exchanges at this time. You can place a new order for an updated item, and separately mail the return back to us.

· Reach us through our online Live Chat or email us directly at about the items you’d like to return. We will print your shipping label and send it to your mailbox, so you can send your items back.
· If your order is qualified for free returns, you can use this label to mail your items back at no additional cost.
· If your order is not qualified for free returns, you can still get a label to mail your items back, but a $6 or CAD $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the restocking cost.


Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days after we receive your package if the items are in qualified condition. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request. We will send you an email notification when we start processing your refund. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
