All deliveries are pending credit card approval, merchandise availability, traffic and weather conditions. Once you place an order, you have up to ONE hour to cancel or change it. You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped out and once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Be sure to check around your house and mailbox, or ask your neighbors if they received it for you. There's also a chance it was marked ‘Delivered’ before it was dropped off. The Shipping Options apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States & Canada. Your order will be delivered by USPS SHIPPING and reach your destination within 4-7 days.
We collect Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling charges, where applicable, and pay it to the state to which we've shipped your merchandise. It's a State Tax regulation. City & Local taxes may also apply.
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using Master Card or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order is shipped. If the order is cancelled for any reason, it depends on the issuer of the card for the time it takes for the hold to release.
